Hi there! The number one reason women give me for why they’re struggling with their health and wellness is not having enough TIME! We’re just too busy. But then, if we’re not careful to fit in time for healthy eating, exercise and all the other pillars of good health, then we’re on a downward spiral towards burnout, and that’s no good for anyone ☹ In this week’s episode I talk about the number one reason why you might be struggling to find time for your health, and then I give you 5 tips (steps really) for how to turn that around and make your health a priority so that you can start living up to your full God-given potential once more.
