Hi! In today’s episode, I’m sharing the six things I learned about managing your blood sugar levels from wearing a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) for 2 weeks. This is such an important topic because, as we go through perimenopause and beyond, we tend to become more insulin resistant, which means we can find ourselves on a blood sugar rollercoaster throughout the day.
