Hi there!
In today’s episode, I’m looking at the next six areas in the Circle of Holistic Health. These six areas all encompass the aspect of Joy! I give lots of great tips and ideas on how to up-level your health in each of these six areas so that you can bring more joy into your life and into the lives of those around you.
If you haven’t already listened to part 1, which was episode 3, you might want to head back there first. But if you have, then grab a pen and paper and be ready to give yourself a score out of 10 for how you’re doing in each area, and then jot down some ideas for the one or two areas that you want to pay attention to in the week ahead. It’s by taking action that we see growth!
