But then, if we’re not careful to fit in time for healthy eating, exercise and all the other pillars of good health, then we’re on a downward spiral towards burnout, and that’s no good for anyone ☹ In this week’s episode I talk about the number one reason why you might be struggling to find time for your health, and then I give you 5 tips (steps really) for how to turn that around and make your health a priority so that you can start living up to your full God-given potential once more.
